About

Cree is the founder of LYF According 2 Cree, a purpose-driven platform created to encourage women to reconnect with themselves, live intentionally, and grow without pressure or performance. What began as a desire to simply encourage others has evolved into a reflective space centered on self-care, faith, personal growth, and lived experience.

Through writing, curated challenges, and thoughtful content, Cree shares lessons shaped by real life, refinement, and rest. Her work is rooted in the belief that purpose unfolds in seasons and that alignment matters more than appearance or pace. She writes to remind women that they are not behind, they are becoming.

Cree believes inspiration should guide, not define, and that the most powerful work flows from authenticity, clarity, and trust in God’s timing.

And for me, that was one of the hardest transitions I’ve ever experienced in my entire adult life. The...

The Age Where Truth Stops Asking Permission
Let me tell you something people do not expect me to say. For someone who has always been loud in personality, bold in presence, and naturally outgoing, I struggled with my delivery. I have always been live. Always. I am tall. My voice carries. My presence walks in before I do. The way I hold myself commands attention. That is not arrogance. It is awareness. It is a blessing. But let me tell you what they do not tell you about having presence. Sometimes your presence outshines your words....
