About

Cree is the founder of LYF According 2 Cree, a purpose-driven platform created to encourage women to reconnect with themselves, live intentionally, and grow without pressure or performance. What began as a desire to simply encourage others has evolved into a reflective space centered on self-care, faith, personal growth, and lived experience.

Through writing, curated challenges, and thoughtful content, Cree shares lessons shaped by real life, refinement, and rest. Her work is rooted in the belief that purpose unfolds in seasons and that alignment matters more than appearance or pace. She writes to remind women that they are not behind, they are becoming.

Cree believes inspiration should guide, not define, and that the most powerful work flows from authenticity, clarity, and trust in God’s timing.

Any space that began to feel familiar eventually required adjustment. I learned how to read rooms, soften my tone, and make myself smaller so I could fit. I survived many spaces by enduring...

They Should Be Your Inspiration, Not Your Blueprint
When I started my business journey in 2020, I had one simple desire. I wanted to have a podcast. That was it. I did not have a grand plan. I did not have a multi-tiered business model. I did not have a vision board full of products, launches, or revenue streams. I just wanted a space to encourage people through conversation. Especially women. Especially those who needed to be reminded that they were not alone. From that single idea, everything else unfolded. The podcast turned into a content...
