Returns, Exchanges & Order Policy
At LYFtheBrand and LYF Works, every product is created with intention and care. Please review the policy below before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.
If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the issue is verified, a replacement or resolution will be provided at no additional cost.
2. Fulfillment & Return Processing
All LYFtheBrand apparel and select merchandise items are fulfilled through a third-party partner.

Approved returns are processed through the designated fulfillment facility.

Returned items that are unclaimed after 30 days may be donated.

LYFtheBrand is not responsible for returns sent to incorrect addresses without prior approval.
3. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer is responsible for reshipment costs

Orders will only be resent once the correct address is confirmed
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed and returned:

The customer is responsible for reshipping fees

No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders
4. Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds for:

Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are not guaranteed and are approved at the discretion of LYFtheBrand. If approved:

A new order must be placed

The customer is responsible for all associated costs
Unauthorized Returns
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Personal use items

Any item affected by health and hygiene guidelines
6. Digital Products & Coaching (LYF Works)
Digital Products
All LYF Works digital items, including journals, toolkits, and downloads, are non-refundable.
Coaching Services

Completed sessions are non-refundable

Unused sessions in a package may be reviewed case-by-case

Approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee
7. International Orders
Customers are responsible for:

Customs fees, duties, or import taxes

Delays caused by international carriers or customs processing
