Cree Cole is a Certified LYF Coach, entrepreneur, and the visionary founder of LYF According 2 Cree, a movement that encourages women to embrace authenticity, build unshakable confidence, and create a life they truly love. Her journey is one of resilience, healing, and joyful transformation.
In 2018, at the age of 37, Cree reached a turning point in her life. Single, heartbroken, and searching for fulfillment, she realized that years of self-doubt and unhealed wounds had kept her from living fully. Choosing faith over fear, she began a journey of self-discovery and growth, determined to believe that her best days were still ahead.
Through that process, Cree found her purpose in helping other women heal. She recognized that so many were fighting the same battles of heartbreak, exhaustion, and unfulfilled dreams. By sharing her truth openly, she created a welcoming space for authenticity, self-care, and empowerment that continues to grow into a movement.
Cree’s gift for mentoring began long before LYF. In 2010, she coached high school basketball and quickly learned that leadership is not about perfection. It is about grace, resilience, and the courage to rise again. That lesson became her foundation and inspired her to build LYF According 2 Cree after returning home to South Carolina.
Since 2020, Cree has expanded her mission through a growing list of empowering projects. Her brand includes lyfaccording2cree.com, LYF Works Interactive Journals, the LYF Kids Series on Amazon, and LYF with Cree LifeCast on YouTube. She also hosts the annual Galentine’s Day R&B Brunch, a beloved celebration of sisterhood and success for women in business. Each experience reflects her commitment to helping others heal, grow, and shine.
In 2023, Cree earned her IAPCC certification as a LYF Coach, allowing her to provide personalized coaching that helps individuals strengthen their mindset, nurture their spirit, and rediscover their confidence. Her work centers on transformation from the inside out, helping people align their purpose with their power.
Today, Cree continues to live her message with joy and intention. Her mission is to remind others that healing is possible, purpose is real, and happiness begins the moment you choose yourself.
